4 week agoFriendly staff, great atmosphere feels like a Man Cave you can even have a beer. Definitely will be back. Walked in the Friday after Thanksgiving and they were open they welcomed me in and I immediately loved the shop, two what seems to be 55" big screen TV's with a college football lots of sports memorabilia and a lot of American pride. The haircut was to the point especially with 30 something years of experience but I was more impressed in how professional and friendly they are. I live in Wilmington but I will make the drive out just to enjoy it again.

1 month agoI've known Dan and Marta for more than 10 years. They are wonderful people. I must say you get a "home-y" vibe when you're in here. You can really feel the welcome from them. My boyfriend has been getting his haircuts here for as long as I can remember (10+yrs). A few years back my sister donated her hair to charity and Marta did the honors of cutting her hair for her absolutely free of charge for the great cause. If you've never been here you'll love this place. Aside from great people the haircuts are PERFECT. They are also great with kids haircuts.

1 month agoBy far the best barber shop . I've been to so many high end cuts that are popping up everywhere and all they ever offered was over priced cuts and bad results . None of them offered that friendly family atmosphere, attention to details , and most important attentiveness! Ever since I walked through that door at big daddy's barber shop I've never went else where !!! Marta the owner is my barber who I look forward to seeing every week not just for the cuts... but also talk about the world , family and whatever else ... If you haven't been ?? Then I suggest you stop on by .

2 month agoI just found the official barber for my sons. I was nervous that my 3 year old would not sit still to get a haircut but Dan was just awesome, he knows exactly what he is doing and did an amazing job. It was a great experience I will be making this my go to place and once my other son gets a little bigger he will be getting his first haircut here too. I recommend this place to anyone. Great atmosphere.

3 month agoDan and Marta are the best Barbers around. My Husband and Daughter have been coming here for years for their monthly haircuts and we have always had the best experience. Excellent customer service and great atmosphere especially now that The Lounge has been added. My daughter and I tried it this past Saturday for a mani/pedi with Christene and it was a very relaxing and comfortable experience.

4 month agoI’ve been going to Marta for 12-13 years. Best barber and some of the best people I know. Now, I take my 1 year old son and he loves her too. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, you just don’t get people and barbers like this anymore. It’s like walking in the door to your own home.
